Epiphone 50th Anniversary Sheraton Semi-Hollowbody Guitar

Epiphone made 1,962 of these Sheratons to celebrate their 50th anniversary.   Since this guitar is a factory second (i.e., it had some sort of blemish that prevented it being a first-run instrument) the Epiphone serial number has been covered with a new serial number from the refurbishing company, and the word "used" has been stamped into the back of the headstock.   This solidly identifies this guitar as a second.   

This is pretty clean for its age, with light fret wear (as expected).  No fret work is needed, it's just enough wear to show it has been played.   The pickguard and finish have light signs of having been played.   The original trapeze tailpiece has been replaced with a stop tailpiece, so the two original tailpiece holes are visible.  Tiny, but visible.

This guitar has had a professional setup.  It plays well and sounds as good as it looks.
